Community Crisis Response Team (CCRT)
Types of Crisis Response
CCRT provides crisis intervention services either in-person or by phone and video conferencing – anywhere in San Bernardino County. Services include assessments and referrals to appropriate mental health care services. All phone numbers are available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

CCRT is a community-based mobile crisis team that provides assistance to those who are experiencing a mental health related emergency. Services include: • Mental Health Assessments • Relapse Prevention • Intensive follow up services • On-site Crisis Intervention
